- Each bus of the school has been provided with a teacher- in- charge. As for as possible the teacher- in-charge shall be travelling in the bus.
- All bus related suggestions may be communicated to the office. It would be advisable if parents could come to school for sorting out the major issues.
- No child make a change in her / his route without a request from the parent to the bus co-ordinator which should reach in the school in the morning.
- Students are dropped and picked up at the scheduled stops. The bus fee is collected for ten months in a year. The school bus is deployed for the whole year. The fee is computed on the basis of full usage. In case of any discontinuation, no refund or adjustments to the fees will be entertained.
- Behaviour of the student in the bus should conform to the bus rules made by the school and the violators of the bus rules will be suspended from using the school bus for a week or more according to the seriousness of the behaviour.
- Seating arrangements made by the monitors / teachers is to be strictly followed.
- Foot board travel is strictly prohibited.
- Standing near the driver or the gearbox is not allowed.
- Buses will not be stopped to pick up the late comers.
- Students who missed their respective buses, may not avail any other route bus other than the one allotted to them. Parents are requested to ensure the students to reach their respective bus stops at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Students will not alight or descend from the bus until it comes to the halt.
- Students and parents are requested not to create bus stops as their convenience.
- In case of breakdowns of bus parents may be requested to collect their ward from the school or at the point of breakdown. We would request total co-operation from the parents in this matter.
